Some thing has changed at One Deal a Day

After buying from ODAD and requesting replacement of a faulty item I noticed them on Hello Peter and read all the negative reviews and saw no positive ones- OH NO! Well I guess something has changed big time. First I got a next business day reply (Monday Nov 16th) from Clemmie in customer support telling me a replacement will be sent. The very next day the new unit arrived at about 18:30 on Tuesday November 17th. Today I checked and the new one works fine. There was no charge for the second delivery/pick up. The first delivery cost me R75.00 for an item costing R149.99. This is not merely good it is excellent by any standards. By South African standards it's ****** incredible.

I don't mean to dispute everyone else's bad experiences. But the above is a true account of how ODAD dealt with me.
