Please be cautious when buying from OneDealaDay. Here’s what I experienced: 1. I was led to believe I was purchasing an induction pan, but it turned out to be an induction cooker, which I already own. Now, they expect me to return it at my own cost. I even contacted their courier and offered to pay for the return, but they refused to assist. 2. I also purchased a lightweight desk on wheels. Initially, I carried it around because it felt unstable. Eventually, I thought I could use the wheels and gently pushed it a short distance. After just two attempts, the desk collapsed and it is beyond repairable

Despite making several phone calls and sending WhatsApp messages, the issues were never resolved. I now make a conscious effort to think twice before buying anything from OneDealaDay.
