Skeptical after reading reviews, but will order again

I ordered an item from One Deal a Day and I was a bit skeptical after reading their reviews. I received my product within a week of ordering and it was a good condition. I would order there again. The only thing I would suggest they work on is keeping in contact with the customers when queries are sent, but they do send notifications when the order is being processed and shipped.
