Shocking non existant service

In fact 1 star is too much. Their after sales service is non existant once payment is in their account that's it you are no longer a customer. Don't try to send them a whatsapp *** they read your message but do not respond. I bought garden lights they come with what looks like "toy remotes' that do not work. There are no instructions. I asked for assistance and got totally ignore. This is not the first time this has happened. Never ever again will I buy anything from them.
