SHOCKING MOST HORRID EXPERIENCE / SERVICE - USELESS!!!

This is truly the most pathetic online platform I have ever purchased anything from. I purchased a hoverboard for my son, it only worked for a month, and it seems their return policy is non existent. I have sent over 30 emails, msg to the WhatsApp group, online enquiries, the only response I get is "I have to refer this to my supervisor". Clearly they don't have any, as after 6 weeks of trying to get this resolved I still don't have a solution. From the other reviews it seems not only can this company not deliver on time, they do not have any type of return policy. I would advise to think very carefully before ordering from this useless place … They can not be called a business, as they have no idea what it means to run a business.
