Shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. Firstly, they have sent a product (sofa covers) that aren't the size as per the advertised product so it doesn't fit my sofas. I have been trying to get a response from them for over 3 weeks now to arrange the collection of the products and refund me my money but no one has the decency to respond to my emails and the Facebook answers tell you that it's been sent to their team for handling. Zero communication with numerous follows up - Not impressed at all! I would certainly NEVER recommend them or buy from them again!
