Shocking customer I don't care service

I also ordered an item from One Deal a day on the 1st of October have not received the item or a decent response from them. All I get is we will put it on urgent dispatch and keep you updated. They say their delivery is 10 days, mmmm in which century woukd that happen. Shocking customer service. I will rather pay extra and buy it in a shop where you get a warranty and the item is available immediately.
