Services not rendered

I am very disappointed, I have purchased X2 Air Coolers on the 29/11/2023, the package came without connection or charging cables and I advised them immediately after opening the package and to date I still have not used the product due to no cables and on a daily basis I have been enquiring and keep getting told that the team will get back to me, there is no team getting back to me, there is no point in buying a product that is useless, I know it is the suppliers fault but they are the sellers and they need to make sure. A customer desires something purchased to be in place. All I am asking is for the cable to be sent to me. Today also I have been told a team will get back to me, I am truly sick and tired of this now, there is a reason why I have ordered this product and not just one but 2 of them. I need someone to call me a.s.a.p
