**** Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had dealings with them before with no issues. I bought a keyboard which I thought would work my Smart TV. Opened and it and tried it, no go. Put everything back in original packaging and let them know the same day it arrived. Then it was sent back. That was 29.09.2022. I send messages regularly to admin on Whatsapp...no ANSWER. I find this totally disgusting as I pay for my items on time but asking for a refund is like asking for the world. YOUR SERVICE SUCKS. I will never buy from them again. Now I understand why they have no PHONE number to contact!!!!! Whatsapp service they offer as ADMIN...a complete sham!!!!
