Sell faulty products!!! Ignore emails!!! No refunds!!!

I bought a ring light from them and as soon as I received it I logged a report that the light is faulty!!! They give vague replies via social media, been 3 weeks with no reply, refund or return!!! The worst service I have ever received from an online shopping site!!!
