During October 2019, I purchased a Dashcam from One Deal A Day. This Dashcam worked OK for about two , three months and then stopped recording and captured data could not be downloaded. I reported this to One Deal A Day and their response was that they will have to check with the Supplier. Months passed by with no response until I started bombarding them with emails. A month or so ago they eventually requested the invoice number and proof of payment, which I duly forwarded. Another month passed by, remainder emails sent, when they responded that "there is nothing much we can do" I then informed One Deal A Day that I am going to report them to the Consumer Protecter and I require the details of the CEO, their full street address and telephone contact numbers. To date none of this has been forthcoming and to make matters even worse is that their "legal terms and conditions" are totally outdated. Any suggestions?
