Satisfactory presence and offers

Have ordered from them a couple of times. Products are always packaged well. Have received replies over email in a timely manner when incorrect products have been sent or with further information. Deliveries do take some time to arrive and turnover does seem less unsatisfactory in comparison to other companies. If they can work on their response times of discussions as well as better estimates for deliveries think they will do even better. Needs little work to be considered a serious contender in the ecommerce field.
