Sad then very happy

I bought a hoverboard for my son for Christmas. I worked for one day and then the left side stopped working. They only opened on the 6th so I had to wait. I called and the same day the courier came to collect the board. They sent it to the manufacturer for repairs and told me that they would test it before sending it back. They did and found that it wasn't working 100% to their satisfaction so they sent me a new one. They even asked that the courier deliver on Saturday so my son could have his board back sooner. The owner and Fay were in contact with me the whole time. Thank you for all your help
