****S - One deal a day

I placed an order with them on 04/12/2023 for 4 items (2 of the 4 items was delivered in December), amongst which was 2 x DIY Mister Kits. I really wanted these kits for December and on their website it said orders received AFTER 10/12/2023 will only be delivered the second week of January 2024, so I figured placing my order on the 4th would ensure delivery before Christmas. After placing my order I was told it would take 3 - 10 working days to be delivered, so on 18 December I decide to follow up. They tell me that all couriers are closed at the moment and all orders will begin to be delivered from the second week of January onwards. So I phone their couriers and they confirm that they are not closed and I tell ODAD that, and then all of a sudden they have a supplier problem. Now my biggest issue isn't the fact that do this day they haven't delivered the 2 misting kits to me, but that ODAD lies to your face without even thinking about it. How can a company just blatantly lie to a customer? What does it say about their integrity? On 11/01/2024 I received a promo mail from them advertising these misting kits again, and I have been following up with them on a weekly basis, but I haven't been fortunate enough to receive my misting kits. I will never order from them again purely because of the lie they told, which I have in writing from them.
