RETURNS, I purchased two fast chargers and one of them is faulty, order number 808925 I bought many times in the past and had no issues. Now I have a problem with the returns process, because all they say is that a team will investigate and get back to you, but they don't. I am now stuck with a charger that says SLOW CHARGING, over 9 hours to charge a phone
