Refusal to refund or engage with customer

Despite emails and calls to One Deal a Day, about a faulty product, they refuse to assist or refund. They have ignored a COR135 request for company details, and refused a managers number for a summons to court to sue them for a refund. I will continue to boycott this company and their ********* sales policy and behaviour.
