Refunds

Bought goods in December 2025. Never bothered to tell me they could not fulfil the order. Only found out when I queried the delivery. Tried to get a refund into my bank account and to date no feedback from them despite many messages and WhatsApp.

This is shocking service. Why have contact channels if you need reply to them.
