REFUND-REPLACEMENT

I purchased two RGB Lamp with built in speaker and charger. They where Christmas presents and still today i have WhatsApp videos and messages and no response. They are not user friendly with contact only on whatsapp. I asked for a refund or replacement of something else and nobody has got back to me.
