REFUND PROMISES BROKEN

I ordered "Set of Two: Smart e-table" (R279.99) and an "Automated Vacuum Robot" (R299.99) on 2 July 2021. I received it about 2 weeks later and found that both e-tables were broken on the hinges and the vacuum cleaner was cracked on the top. After letting them know and having the products returned to them, I received an email on 19 August 2021 that I will be refunded the R279.99 and not a word on the vacuum cleaner's refund. I STILL HAVEN'T SEEN A CENT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT after asking them twice on email and twice on whatsapp for the proof and what about the vacuum cleaner refund???? I've ordered from them before without a problem, but it will definitely not happen again!!!
