Refund

I bought a hand stitch handheld machine, which was delivered damaged. I notify one day and there was no respond only saw a driver at the gate to collect the parcel which was last month, I made several follow up and till to date thy hav thier machine and also my funds. I hav been making a follow up for a refund. Without any success thier service is worse than the post office. I just need my money from one day.
