Rediculous service after complaining repeatedly and the item doesn't work!!!

I've had the worst experience with this company and it's now at the point where I have to send a broken item that I have to pay for delivery again for something that's even cheaper than the delivery cost which is def a hell no. From the moment I paid for the item, the wrong reference was sent to me and when I pointed that out, they again send me the wrong reference which made me think what on earth is going on. So I sent them both references making them aware that I only ordered one, pls send me one. To my surprise, my neighbor got the delivery sent to her and she was told just give it to me,with no notification nothing. Do yous just give ppls stuff to someone? Not letting me know, nothing. Until today I never got a deliver confirmation, nothing. I now have it, anyways charged the item and it's actually not working at all. I sent this to them in an email, and on their WhatsApp group and they now want me to pay for delivery after me asking if they can send me one to swap out. Their agents are so arrogant, they refuse to help and ask thee most rediculous questions and to get a person nowhere. After viewing ppls reviews on their experience, I can easily forget about the little money I lose out for this but I will never buy from them and any other company like this again because it's not only sold by thee most unprofessional ppl that has no customer service experience whatsoever. I have screenshots and photos to prove how rude they are and well just to give my stuff to ppl they don't even know, who on earth does something so stupid. This is the level of service you get from a "Company like this". I was at Chinatown now the other day and even they have more common sense than them.
