Prepare to wait for One Deal a day

I ordered from them on the 28th of November, it is now 20th December close to a month and my order is still processing. I have contacted support multiple times on their Facebook messenger, but get generic responses, I have emailed them about a week ago, but no response. They say it should be shipped in 10 days, its been double that.
