Pray your order is correct because NO-ONE will help you!

My dad ordered: (a) Ergonomic Office Chair with Foot-Rest - which arrived with missing pieces (b) Movable Cooling Fan Air Conditioning - however the fan base does not have a door to the water tank, as described, for the filling up of water. The fan base also does not have a water inlet pipe as described in the manual for a permanent water pipe connection.

My dad has sent multiple emails asking for assistance and there has been zero response. I have also attempted to contact "One Deal A Day" and no response. My dad has since WhatsApped "One Deal A Day" - he received a "good morning" response, he asked for assistance with these products, his message was blue ticked, however he received no response thereafter. He eventually sent a WhatsApp saying "Ok I get the picture. Tks" ( clearly implying that he understands that he is being ignored) - AND THEY HEARTED THIS WHATSAPP!!!! I am honestly lost for words.
