Positive resolution to item lost by the courier.

I ordered and paid for an item on 22 Sept and it has been lost by the couriers. After getting terrible results from my query with the courier I raised a complaint to One Deal A Day and got a great result within hours. I'm told I will have a replacement item by Monday. (It is Friday 8 October now.) Thank you ODaD.
