Poor service, no delivery and no response

Pathetic customer service. I placed an order on 26 Feb 2023. On 5 March, I got an email saying my order was being processed and would be shipped in a few days. On the 14th March no further updates received and I'm still waiting for feedback. If you contact them on their site, it returns with an email saying they no longer use email to communicate so you have to use WhatsApp for customer service. I sent them a message on WA, and no feedback for the entire day.

This is the second time I've struggled with their service, I should have known better. This is way worse than dealing with the ******* Chinese stores on Aliexpress.
