Poor service from onedealaday

I made a purchase at one deal day of 2x solar chargers, they got delivered but only one was working and the other one had something like a sticky liquid in it and it was swollen. So I sent an emailed to notify them but they did not respond until I sent another email that I am going to take further action against them then that's when they bothered to reply to my emails. They said they'll get the solar charger thats broken to be collected by their courier and told me it will be at my own cost, fine i told them to collect it i then asked them when will they collect it they said they can't tell me when they'll come but will call when they do. I made a purchase of these solar chargers early July and were delivered on the 15th of July 2021, till today they quiet its so annoying that I paid for these but they filled me and only gave me 1working solar charger and now they quiet thinking they've gotten away with their poor service. I am never buying ever buying from them and definitely do not recommend them.

I'm so angry, I hate being made a full and the only time they'll reply to me is when I've emailed them several times so they'll just respond just to me just to get me out of their way.

It was my first time and last time buying from them.
