Poor service from One Deal A Day

My One Deal A Day order # 433920. I ordered two motorized knive sharpeners and two NATO pepper Spray from One Deal A Day. After many weeks and many correspondence they came back with the excuse that they waiting for the delivery. Eventually I got a call saying that they cannot deliver the pepper spray but they can deliver the sharpeners. They also informed me that they will credit me for the pepper spray. This is now for weeks that I have not heard from them. Absolutely poor service. Will not order anything from them again.
