Poor Service And Very Unprofessional😠

I bought a ring light from them which was received on 19 Dec'22 when I opened it the light was broken. Been sending WhatsApp messages and send photo's as per their request.

Below is their response.

Thank you for notifying us about your damaged product. Note that all our products are inspected and tested prior to being dispatched. Thus occurred in transit. Kindly forward us pictures of the damaged item and we will further assist.

To date I am still awaiting assistance.
