Poor service

Absolute poor service, communication and products. I bought a food processor through One deal a day. The package arrived completely damaged and the food processor was broken inside. The only way of communication is a whatsapp number, which I used. I've complained on the 29th of January. They answered me on 6 February, telling me to send pictures. The courier company fetched the damaged parcel, and I am still waiting on my refund. I send messages with no replay. Looks as if I've now been blocked. Do not use this company - not with it!!
