poor returns and refund service

I bought an item , *******, does not work to any of the advertised benefits. I have written a few emails to the admin handling, and to a Whatsapp number that they indicate should be used as well. I have received no response to acknowledge that the return and refund would be processed. Good enough sales assistance, but this is really poor for returns
