Poor quality products and pathetic customer service

Bought 2 motion sensor solar lights which were delivered end October 2022 (order number 629752). These lights stopped working within weeks of installation. I first wrote to *** on 30 Oct when the first one stopped working and did not get a response. According to the One Deal a Day website, I was supposed to receive feedback within 48 hours but did not. I followed up again on 2 Nov and still no response. Thereafter, the second light stopped working. I decided to send message via Facebook Messenger on 13 Nov and received a response the next day saying that my query has been escalated to admin (I asked for a full refund). Since then there has been no further correspondence. This is not the first time I have bought from them and found the past purchases of good quality and price. Am therefore very disappointed at the poor product quality and pathetic customer service. There is no contact phone number on their website or on their invoice - just goes to prove that they will only entertain customer queries electronically at their leisure, leaving customers like me frustrated. Please get back to me urgently as I want my money back!
