Poor quality products

Ordered the Touch Screen LED Light Make Up mirror- item arrived in a sealed box with the mirror chipped in the corner and the mirror simply does not work. Tried with loads of different batteries however does not work. The item is also flimsy.

There is no where on the site to visit for refunds either- just an option to email...which I have done. Will see what happens from here...

For a first purchase on this site and looking at other reviews I think it is safe to say they are out of the league trying to contend in this market.
