Poor Products & No Aftermarket Service

I look at all the great reviews on this company on this website & the first thing that I wonder is "Are These Reviews Been Made By Actual Clients, Or Are They Fictitious Compliments Been Made By Fictitious People???.... This has got to be one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with!!!......Firstly they sell cheap, inferior imported products....Secondly, their aftersales service is shocking or virtually non existent.... They do no have a landline number that you can call....You send them a Messenger message as their website advises but nobody responds. I had to send various messages to various whatsapp numbers to communicate with this company to which they do not reply with feedback or updates unless I constantly follow up with them. It has been weeks now since I returned my defective products to them but I am still waiting for my refund....There are reputable & genuine online stores out there, but stay away from this company !!!!!
