POOR poor service when trying to find missing purchases

Adverts on my emails and Facebook looks so good!!! BUT DONT buy anything from them as their service is poor! 3 weeks after paying for my goods, still nothing. Struggle to get any response from emails or WhatsApps. They just ignore you. Sorry but I don't have R1000 to throw away due to non delivery of goods.
