Poor or No Service

Guys I purchased a power bank from ONE DEAL A DAY, type-c USB does not work , it’s been over a month now that I get the run around, so just be in the know that should you buy a defective product they seem to drag their feet when getting back to you let alone replace the product, I still have the faulty power bank, which hasn’t been used
