Poor / non existent service

I ordered a digital watch. It was faulty on arrival to which I immediately sent an email to the company. No response. I sent a second email a week later and received a response 7 days after that. They advised I needed to post the item back to them, at my cost, and if the item was found to be working I would have to pay the courier costs again. i advised them that paying to courier the item back to them would cost more than the item was worth. All I wanted was my money back. No response from them. They do not adhere to the customer protection act. There products are not quality, there service is non existent. Will not recommend anybody uses this company.
