Poor Customer Service & Misleading Product Information – One Deal a Day

I recently ordered a heat waist band from One Deal a Day, which was advertised as a "one size fits all" product. Before making my purchase, I contacted their consultant to confirm the sizing, and they assured me that it would fit all body types.

However, upon receiving the product, I discovered that it was too small. The packaging clearly indicated that the waistbands come in different sizes, contradicting the consultant’s claim. I immediately reached out to One Deal a Day and provided photographic evidence showing the size variations on the packaging.

The consultant initially responded by saying they would check with their team, but since then, I have not received any feedback for the past 12 days. This lack of response and failure to address my legitimate concern reflects poor customer service and misleading product descriptions.

I am highly disappointed with how this matter has been handled and urge One Deal a Day to improve their product accuracy, staff training, and customer service responsiveness. I would appreciate a resolution to this issue, preferably a refund or an exchange for the correct size.

I do not recommend purchasing from One Deal a Day unless they take accountability for misleading product descriptions and improve their customer service.
