POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/ DELAY TACTICS

I Bought a media MXQ Pro 4K Smart TV Box. It does not work. I'm getting the runaround. Very poor customer service. Seems like They are resorting to using delay tactics. I will not recommend this site to anyone. [Order #81188] (November 3, 2023)
