Poor customer service

I bought a solar fountain from One Deal A Day in November and have had it in my bird bath. since then. Last week, it stopped working. It appears there is a problem with the actual solar disc.

I have contacted their FB page and was directed to send an email. This has been done twice, and after 8 days I have still had zero contact or acknowledgement.
