Poor Customer Service

As a first time buyer on the platform I place an order on the 18/12/2024 which the turnaround time is 10 working days with no update provided about the order passed the expected time I followed up 4 times still no response. I further sent an email to Admin and 48 hours passed no communication. I am frustrated because none of their channels work to resolve the issue
