Poor customer service

I am very disappointed in the service I am getting from this company. I ordered some stuff on the 22Mar2023 and today is the 14 Apr and I still have not received my items nor have anyone communicated with me. The terrible whatsapp message number is hopeless and automated and no one comes back with answers. I finally got hold of someone and spoke to them and asked for a full refund.

Never again will I buy from One deal a day. Totally and completely terrible.
