Poor Customer Service

No person to person contact when faced with a problem. They only operate via a WhatsApp number. I sent a query 10 days ago, still waiting for some feedback. I have sent my message on the WhatsApp number every day, but to no avail. Their system of communication is one way only. Something only happens when they want it to happen. Shocking customer service.
