Poor communication - delay in confirming order ref number

Good day I placed an order via whatsapp ***) on Sunday 17 November and made payment of R674.98 (delivery of R75 included) on the YOCO link provided to me. I also sent the screenshot of payment as requested. I am yet to receive my order reference number. I ordered the following: 1. 1 x C-shape couch side table - R199.99 2. and 1 x Full length dressing mirror R399.99. Up till now all the can say is that the order number will be generated soon🙆♀️
