Poor communication and after sales service

Good day . I have written a review on the 06 November 2020 about the poor service on this company and not long after that they called my husband and send out the order the next day. After receiving the parcel we inspected the goods and found that one of the items has been damaged. We send them pictures of the damaged goods as well as an email with regards to that. We have not heard from them again as they do not respond in any form of communication. Order nr 272497
