Poor aftersales and ambiguous marketing

I purchased multiple products from this company. the first issue I had was with a Camera that was delivered without a power supply. their site did not specify it does not have a power supply included. I had to purchase one at my own expense. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased more items from them. My recent order came with 3 pink items including a pink device for projecting my cellphone screen. When I asked to return the device I was told their items are sent with random colors that I have no choice over. and they did not want to accept my return even though on their site they do not specify that the device has multiple color options. If they have a device that only comes in pink they will use a picture of a black device as a tool to fool people into buying their products. So anyone who still wishes to buy from them must just accept that they will be sent pink electrical and technological equipment anytime One deal a day feels like they have an influx of pink products. to add insult to injury they took 5 days with my return query just to tell me this and when they finally agreed to accept my return I was told I will have to pay for it myself. the return cost will amount to the item I wanted to return. They have horrible after sales and when I told them I will give them a bad rating I was told to do so and they will respond to it as false. Horrible company DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.
