Poor aftersales

I bought an item 9nline from one deal a day.thank you your item came fast.but your after sale service is sadly very poor .I contacted them several times.still waiting for almost three weeks now for assistance.very poor aftersales service.Cant recommend them to anyone because if you experience a problem you won't get the help you needed.
