Poor after sales service

They advertised fairy lights as warm lights. I received coloured lights. I went on to their WhatsApp query line to advise of the error. This does not work. I also went onto the other WhatsApp line. Was promised that they will come back to me. Two weeks gone. Still waiting. These guys are useless I will not buy from these guys again
