Please deliver my order

I have ordered from this business in the past and always received my orders in time, however recently i have experienced delays and now there is a permanent delay and they do not reply to my messages on whats app anymore. i ordered a mirror on the 2nd of June 2025 and requested that it be delivered with my current order. to date i have not received the mirror. i was told stories about a delay due to the mirrors breaking while being transported. now when i follow up im told my mirror was delivered and when i try explain i am ignored. please be careful when you order from these people
