Pathetic, unreliable Service

I placed an order on the 27th October 2020 and paid for it via EFT. Ever since it has become a stressful situation trying to find out where the goods are that has been ordered. I emailed the proof of payment to them and received a confirmation email that payment has been received and they await tracking nr. On 02 November 2020 I received an email stating awaiting payment. Since then I have not being able to get any information as they do not respond on my emails. I also tried contacting the courier company to find out if they have any update on my order nr 272497 but their phones also just ring without any luck. I would like to know what has happened with my order and if I will receive anything at all.
