Pathetic, unprofessional and absolutely zero customer service

Nobody is willing to assist you after they take your money. If it's not sales related they don't care if you don't get what you paid for or if they delivered it to ANOTHER PROVINCE and will just ignore you when you need information but will reply immediately if it's a sale.
